It's a short month, but lots of good music was released in these past 28 days. First, of course, is Frightened Rabbit, which will likely be a top 2013 pick. It's a great album, though I'd rate it a smidge below Winter of Mixed Drinks. And also Ivan & Alyosha, which is fast becoming a favorite. And the Shout Out Louds, which is growing on me, too. It was a little slow the first couple of listens, but now I'm picking up on it. I've also become a fan of Guards and hope to download that soon, too. And Tegan & Sara, which I picked up for $1.99 recently on Amazon. And while Django Django was a 2012 release, it's also been a worth February addition to my ipod.
March brings much more music, with The Cave Singers and Josh Ritter starting things off on March 5. And I anticipate a new single from Lissie soon, too. Dawes released "From a Window Seat" with its album coming out in April. So good stuff coming this Spring!
