Alabama Shakes "Boys and Girls" is streaming today on NPR. Its bluesy, soulful southern rock is timeless. Chunky Glasses describes it well: "It makes you wish you had a time machines so you could go back to 1967 and listen to this album at a beach party on the Gulf coast." You can see why ACL or SXSW scooped them up. Maybe pair with some Audra Mae? Still perfect for 2012.
