Monday Recommendations

First, listen to Tanlines on NPR Music. Big fan of theirs. Reminds me a bit of Shearwater.

Then, after some inspiration from the Seven Ages of Rock, listen to some vintage tunes. Specifically, the Stone Roses and Stereophonics. Revel in the 80s and 90s.

And then, maybe listen one more time to the soundtrack for the weekend: Fanfarlo. Of course.

First Listen: Tanlines

Tanlines' Mixed Emotions is streaming on NPR's First Listen series, and I immediately like it. "All of Me" is available for download here. Synth pop, sort of, along with a bit of Brooklyn and a little reminder for me of Shearwater. I think this is definitely worth purchasing come March 20. Check it out.
