I've been loving Florence + the Machine lately, mostly due to "Shake It Out" and yoga class. It is such an empowering song, and her lyrics and personality are so bold. I saw her album from MTV Unplugged on Spotify today. I had absolutely no idea that MTV Unplugged even continued--I still remember those iconic albums from nearly 20 years ago with Nirvana and 10,000 Maniacs. Apparently Bob Dylan and Mariah Carey also were on Unplugged. Glorious.
By the way, Phil Phillips won American Idol last week. His first single, Home, is actually quite good.
