Pink

I bought the Pink album on Saturday, purely to listen to my new favorite anthem "Blow Me One Last Kiss." With the possible exception of Kelly Clarkson, there is no female pop singer with the voice, song writing ability, and gravitas that Pink has. Maybe Rihanna? No, not even here. It's sad that the Miley Cyruses and the Demi Lovato's garner the trendy headlines. Pink just does her thing. And she produced a pretty damn good album. "Try" and "True Love" are among the many standout tracks. And I'm not afraid to admit that sometimes, pop music is pretty damn good.
