The first few tracks from albums scheduled to be released next year are leaking out. Thao and the Get Down Stay Down, a favorite described as "insanely infectious, utterly charming" by NPR Music, has released "Holy Roller."
What else may be coming in 2013? The Black Keys, Pearl Jam, hopefully the National, Frightened Rabbit...and many more.
