New Shout Out Louds
NPR Music is streaming the new release from the Shout Out Louds. Optica is due out next Tuesday, February 26. I've been a fan of theirs for a while, with "1999," "Fall Hard," and "Walls" being some of my favorite tracks off of their previous release, "Work." This album certainly has a bit of that 80s new-wave rock flashback that Fanfarlo is also fond of, and it's retro sound lends itself to being a good dance album, too. Good for fans of the Cure, I'm From Barcelona, and Broken Social Scene.
