A little late, but July had lots of debuting singles for Fall releases, including Kings of Leon, Basia Bulat, Fanfarlo, Tired Pony, Pearl Jam, Neko Case, and Okkervil River. This year is so ridiculously good for music. I'd say the Sara Bareilles and the Edward Sharpe albums were two standouts.
August will be slow, but next week's releases include Wild Feathers. Franz Ferdinand will also release their latest this month. And then September will be big!
