Spin Top 50 Albums

Spin also offers its best albums of the year. They have Neko Case (47), Janelle Monae (38), Arcade Fire (only 37), Laura Marling (33), Caitlin Rose (25), Daft Punk (19), Mikal Cronin (18, I am liking this one with every listen), Tegan and Sara (13, deservedly higher), Haim (4), and Vampire Weekend (3). Wow, no National?!?! That easily trumped Arcade Fire. And I'm very upset not to see Frightened Rabbit on more of these. Thus far, Paste seems to be hitting the highest mark.
